Biography
Heather is an attorney in the firm’s business and professional practice services division, focusing on real estate, municipal law, business law, and transactions. She has significant experience in zoning, land use, public contracts and regulatory compliance.
Heather advises clients on a range of real estate and property law matters, including acquisitions, leasing, development, and title issues. Her practical insight into the legal and regulatory aspects of real estate allows her to guide clients through transactions with confidence and clarity.
Known for her thoughtful approach and attention to detail, Heather is often relied upon to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively. She is committed to helping clients navigate legal challenges with care and clarity, delivering practical, result- oriented solutions.
A Southern Indiana native, Heather received her undergraduate degree from the University of Evansville and worked as an account executive, and art department director for a national concert, event, and entertainment company before attending Indiana University Maurer School of Law. After receiving her law degree, Heather practiced with law firms in Evansville, Indiana before returning to Bloomington. Heather served as an assistant city attorney for the City of Bloomington and as senior attorney for the Indiana State Board of Accounts prior to joining Mallor Grodner Plummer in March 2025.
Outside of her legal practice, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, art and design, watching soccer, and traveling.
