Joshua Hains

Biography

Joshua is an attorney with Mallor Grodner Plummer. His primary area of practice is family law, including divorce, child custody and support, adoptions, guardianships, parenting time/visitation, spousal maintenance, pre-and postnuptial agreements, and protective orders.

Joshua earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Psychology from Wittenberg University in

Springfield, OH where he played soccer for the Tigers and was an active member of Beta Theta Pi. He received his JD from Valparaiso University in 2006 where he received course honors for Criminal Procedure: Investigations and was a member of the school’s intramural soccer championship team.

A native of Indiana, Joshua has represented clients throughout the state in family law, civil matters and federal criminal prosecutions. In 2016, he founded Hains Law, LLC to provide clients with comprehensive family law representation.

Joshua is active in the community and volunteers as a Guardian Ad Litem through Kid’s Voice of Indiana and is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Associations’ Pro Bono Standing Committee. In 2011, he received the Thomas L. Schaffer Award for Pro Bono Service.

Keeping clients informed throughout the legal process of their case is of utmost importance to Joshua. He addresses any issues that may arise and guides his clients to resolutions that are in their best interest.
